Last five months in Seminary September 15, 2007
Posted by yuling in Tyndale, University.trackback
Last week was my first week of my last five months in Seminary (what a tongue twister).
I’m taking 3 courses this fall term:
Historical and Philosophical Foundations for Christian Education
Curriculum Theory and Practice
Gospel Church and Culture
In January, I will be taking a one-week intensive course about ‘Preaching to Postmoderns’.
Of course there is the typical CCF/AFC, and church craziness. In spite of all these things (or perhaps, because of all these things), I have a bunch of links for other fellow students about how to survive/thrive during this new fall term. Hope they help.

Oh, say hello to my friends Victoria and Rici. Both real good people. Victoria is from my church - oh - you probably know her from Waterloo… Nevermind, then. She’s still really cool, because she just goes out, follows her nose and gets it done. Rici spoke at our youth camp this past summer, and is totally a gamer. He needs not much encouragement!
Enjoy the last bit! And don’t get in the same funk me!! Cheers!
Thx Alan,
I’m in Gospel/Church/Culture class rite now and I see Victoria and Rici. I’m also in another class (His/Philo of CE) with Rici.
Will try not to get into a funk, but can’t promise you.
wow, time really flies… you’re almost done!
GY,
no kidding. Feel like an undergrad all over again - what do to with the rest of my life…
